You can find TommyV’s Salsa sold at the Smart Markets Inc. farmers markets. TommyV's Salsa is also on the menu at Choices restaurant in Old Towne Fairfax, VA.

What is the proper way to handle TommyV’s Salsa?
It must be refrigerated at all times! Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and heat will shorten product shelf life, impacting flavor and freshness. Opened salsa should be refrigerated as soon as possible to maintain freshness. Sealed containers of TommyV’s Salsa can last up to 1 1/2 weeks in the refrigerator. Tommy V’s salsa should be consumed within 1 week after opening.
 
Can TommyV’s Salsa be frozen?
Freezing our salsa will not harm the product, but when you go to thaw it out you will not experience the same fresh flavor and crispiness.

How come you don't sell a medium heat salsa?
We use to carry a medium heat salsa but was getting mixed reviews from customers that the medium heat was not hot enough or it was too hot. So in the meantime we leave it up to you to create your own medium heat TommyV's Salsa by mixing the mild and hot TommyV's Salsa together. Until we develop a medium version to everyones liking, here's how to create your own medium heat version. Take one 8oz of TommyV's Salsa and empty the contents into a bowl. Take one 8oz of TommyV's Salsa Hot and mix 1 teaspoon at a time into the mild salsa until you achieve your desired medium heat level.
