TommyV’s Salsa Premium Membership Terms and Conditions:

1. The cost is $45 annually to become a TommyV’s Salsa Premium Member. The cost of the premium membership is non-refundable. Payment can be made at locations where TommyV's Salsa is sold or payment can be made online. Premium members will be given a renewal date upon sign up.

2. Premium members are eligible to receive discount pricing on available flavors of TommyV’s Salsa. Prices for all flavors available will be $3.00 per 8oz container.

3. In order to receive discount pricing, premium members MUST present their premium membership card when making a purchase. NO exceptions, so please have your premium membership card with you. No card, no discount price.

4. Premium Members are allowed to purchase a maximum of 8 containers per visit. Tommy V Foods, LLC requires advanced notification for purchases of more than 8 containers; this is to insure adequate inventory is available for non members.

5. Premium membership is ONLY valid for IN PERSON PURCHASES at locations where TommyV’s Salsa is sold. Premium membership is NOT allowed for use when making online purchases. If premium members order TommyV's Salsa online, they will pay online prices as indicated.

6. There is a $10 fee to replace a lost or stolen premium membership card. Please report lost or stolen premium membership cards to sales@tommyvsalsa.com.

7. Premium membership is non-transferable. Premium membership is not to be sold to other members of your family, friends or strangers.

8. Premium membership can be revoked from a member at anytime if misuse, misrepresentation and/or misconduct is observed or reported to a representative of Tommy V Foods, LLC.
