Tommy Venable, Founder/CEO of Tommy V Foods, LLC and creator of TommyV's Salsa is working on a new project. The goal is to grow and harvest 50-60% of all the ingredients that go into TommyV's Salsa. Tommy started the project in mid November of 2009 and constructed a mini indoor greenhouse to start seed.

He is currently growing bell peppers, tomatoes, jalapeno peppers, habanero peppers and cilantro. Tommy's ultimate plan is to acquire or build a greenhouse on 2-3 acres of land where he can build his project into a sustainable value added agriculture project (SVAAP). Stay tuned for more information about this cool project. In the meantime take a look at what Tommy is growing. They were all started from seed. More pics to come!
